Lynn E. Gorguze, President and CEO
Lynn Gorguze has been President and CEO of Cameron Holdings since 1993. Prior to establishing Cameron Holdings, Ms. Gorguze served for four years as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning for Aldila, Inc., of San Diego, CA. Before joining Aldila, Inc., Ms. Gorguze spent seven years in the investment banking industry in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Ms. Gorguze is a graduate of Duke University and also holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. She was awarded the Washington University Olin School of Business Distinguished Business Alumni Award for 2006.
Don Metzger, Senior Vice President
Don Metzger is Senior Vice President of Cameron Holdings. In his current role, he serves as a portfolio manager and is also responsible for managing the business activities of Cameron Holdings. Mr. Metzger rejoined Cameron Holdings in 2005. He serves on the Boards of various Cameron portfolio companies. From 1995 to 2004, he served as EVP and CFO of PlayPower, Inc., a former Cameron portfolio company. Mr. Metzger originally joined Cameron Holdings in 1994 as Controller of Sinclair & Rush, Inc., a current Cameron portfolio company. Before joining Cameron, he held a variety of financial and management positions with the Ralston Purina Company and Energizer Battery Company. Mr. Metzger began his career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse. Over the course of his professional career he has been involved in a significant number of acquisitions and divestitures and related financings and loan syndications. Mr. Metzger is a graduate of the University of Missouri — Columbia and has a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting. He also attended the Penn State Executive Management Program and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Brian A. Lovett, Vice President
Brian Lovett is Vice President of Cameron Holdings. Since joining Cameron in 2003, Mr. Lovett has had responsibility for mergers and acquisitions, financing and other business development activities of Cameron Holdings. He serves on the Boards of various Cameron portfolio companies. Before joining Cameron, Mr. Lovett served in various corporate finance positions with Viasystems Group, Inc., most recently as Director of Business Development. During this time, he participated in acquisitions and related financings with a total transaction value of approximately $2 billion. Mr. Lovett began his career in public accounting with Arthur Anderson and Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Lovett is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Mary Ann Labitan
Mary Ann is the Administrative Manager of Cameron Holdings’ La Jolla office. She manages day-to-day office administration as well as provides support to the President and CEO. Prior to joining Cameron Holdings in 2013, Mary Ann worked in the Venture Capital and Private Equity industry for 12+ years.
