Lynn E. Gorguze, President and CEOLynn E. Gorguze, President and CEO

Lynn Gorguze has been President and CEO of Cameron Holdings since 1993. Prior to establishing Cameron Holdings, Ms. Gorguze served for four years as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning for Aldila, Inc., of San Diego, CA. Before joining Aldila, Inc., Ms. Gorguze spent seven years in the investment banking industry in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Ms. Gorguze is a graduate of Duke University and also holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. She was awarded the Washington University in St. Louis Distinguished Alumni Award in 2017 and the Washington University Olin School of Business Distinguished Business Alumni Award for 2006.


Brian A. Lovett, Vice PresidentBrian A. Lovett, Managing Director

Brian Lovett is Managing Director of Cameron Holdings. Since joining Cameron in 2003, Mr. Lovett has had responsibility for mergers and acquisitions, financing and other business development activities of Cameron Holdings. He serves on the Boards of various Cameron portfolio companies. Before joining Cameron, Mr. Lovett served in various corporate finance positions with Viasystems Group, Inc., most recently as Director of Business Development. During this time, he participated in acquisitions and related financings with a total transaction value of approximately $2 billion. Mr. Lovett began his career in public accounting with Arthur Anderson and Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Lovett is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.


Ben V. Peters, Vice President

La Jolla

Ben is a Vice President at Cameron Holdings. His role involves evaluating investment opportunities for Cameron portfolio companies and finding alternative investment opportunities with Cameron capital. Previously, Ben worked in strategic optimization and M&A for manufacturers and co-packers based in the mid-west. Ben’s experience includes working for a Cameron portfolio company in Chicago and Milwaukee. He received an MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.A. from Duke University. 


Ellie M. Peters, Vice President

La Jolla

Ellie is a Vice President at Cameron Holdings. She previously worked at a multi-family office headquartered in New York City, serving high net worth clients in non-traditional financial management. She advised clients daily on creating new business ventures, VC opportunities, wealth transfers, and philanthropy. She has headlined speaking engagements with audiences of over 300 people and she is frequently quoted in Forbes and Private Wealth Magazine as a subject expert on strategies to address multigenerational wealth transfer. Prior to 2017, Ellie was one of seven founding members of a boutique consulting firm. She graduated from Duke University.


Mary Ann Labitan, Administrative Manager

La Jolla

Mary Ann is the Administrative Manager of Cameron Holdings’ La Jolla office. She manages day-to-day office administration and provides support to the Chair and CEO. Prior to joining Cameron Holdings in 2013, Mary Ann worked in the Venture Capital and Private Equity industry for 12+ years.
